Repeat prescriptions
Please request only those medicines which you need. Notice of 48 hours
will be required for issuing a repeat prescription. We are given a limited
budget and feel that we should not prescribe Calpol, cough mixtures, nor
rubs.
Get your repeat prescription from the surgery
If you want to get your repeat prescription from the surgery, you will
need to use the right hand slip from your previous prescription. Please
help us to monitor the accuracy of the request slip and the prescription
issued. Advise us if there any missing items, dose inaccuracies or obsolete
items still appearing. Post the request slip in the internal post-box
at the surgery.
Regular repeat prescriptions
Your regular repeat prescription can be picked up when due, however, the
doctor may want to review you if the number of authorised repeats has
run out.
Order your prescription online (right now!)
By clicking the graphic at the top right, you can now order your repeat
prescription online. Using this method, you will be able to specify a
local chemist to collect your prescription from the surgery on your behalf,
and deliver the medicine directly to your home. Fields marked with a 
are required.
NOTE: repeat prescriptions are NOT
available by telephoning the surgery. Either order your prescription online
or post the request slip in the internal post-box at the surgery.
