There may be times when your problem can be solved with a telephone call.
We have a triage system which enables you to speak to the most appropriate
health care professional for advice i.e Practice Nurse, Health Visitor,
Doctor etc Consultation Times Telephone Advice Home Visits Emergencies Outside Normal Surgery
Hours The Primary Care Centre (at Northwich
Infirmary) This is the place to see a doctor "out of hours" in an emergency. It is usually manned by local GP's, until 10.00pm. If you must see a doctor or obtain advice, phone in. A doctor is available to visit, when a patient cannot go to the PCC. Outside normal hours it is very unlikely you will be seen by your own doctor. All duty doctors keep accurate records of every patient seen and details will be forwarded to your own doctor. NHS Direct Contact numbers for duty doctors can change. The main
surgery diversions and recorded message are kept up to date.
